The man decides to wait until the ceremony ends, for he was sure that the girl still loves him as well.
Then Nanaki comes to the village in search of old rituals for his new horror novel. He tells the man that there is something creepy about this village...that there was murder last summer and it was concealed completely.
They never knew...that they were about to witness the gruesome, terrifying ritual...
