BookWalker brings you Fujino Omori, the creator of fantasy-comedy series Is It Wrong to Try to Pick Up Girls in a Dungeon?.


Is It Wrong to Try to Pick Up Girls in a Dungeon? is a worldwide bestselling light novel series about Bell Cranel, a hapless young adventurer who tries to make a living by battling monsters in a dungeon. While other adventurers travel and battle in groups, Bell only has one other person in his Familia: Hestia, a busty and flirty goddess. Like other adventurers, Bell is out to defeat monsters and get their crystal shards, but his real goal is to pick up and date cute girls. But what’s a guy to do when most of the girls he meets are stronger and more skilled with a sword than he is?


Omori sensei published Is It Wrong to Try to Pick Up Girls in a Dungeon? light novel volume 1 in January 2013 and the series is now at volume 12 with over 8 million copies sold including several manga and light novel spin-offs. The series also received an anime adaptation in 2015 and 2017. The manga and light novels are currently being published in English by Yen Press.

(1) Show us proof of purchase of ANY volume of Is It Wrong to Try to Pick Up Girls in a Dungeon? Must be a physical book OR BookWalker eBook. (Come to info box inside booth)

(2) Receive a numbered raffle ticket.*

(3) Check BookWalker's booth(#206) at 12:00PM everyday or BookWalker's Twitter (@BookWalker_GL) to see if your raffle ticket number has been chosen.

*Autograph tickets are distributed via raffle, so you are not guaranteed to get a ticket. This allows equal opportunity for fans who are unable to come to our booth early.

*Raffle ticket distribution begins from 10 AM-11:30 AM everyday and will only be for same day autograph sessions.
